The 4th itSMF Japan Conference is an event hosted by a specified non-profit organization itSMF Japan. This event will provide a variety of invited lectures as well as sponsor seminars and exhibitions related to IT Service Management for the purpose of spreading ITIL®.
This year, the event will be held for two days and provides useful information through a full of sessions and exhibition booths, including: a keynote lecture [one session], special lecture [two sessions], panel discussion [one session], user cases [six sessions], itSMF seminar [four sessions], working group seminar [five sessions], ITIL v.3 [video showing], and sponsor seminar [19 sessions]. |

After the seminars, a knowledge point certificate for ITC, ISA, or CISM qualification will be issued to those who are interested. In addition, from the participants in the sessions, ten people a day, a total of 20 people, will receive a free copy of the "Frameworks for IT Management" book (Japanese version). The winners will be selected in a lucky draw at the open stage in the exhibition site of the simultaneously held itSMF Japan EXPO 2007.
